Senate Bill 108 was introduced in 2019 and requires all high schools to phase-in computer science by the 2024–2025 school year. With this requirement in mind, CodeHS is excited to offer fully aligned K-12 computer science pathways for the state of Georgia.

As Georgia’s K-12 education requirements continue to grow and fit modern day standards, including curriculum like computer science, the state sets up students for life after high school. By requiring schools to integrate computer science classes, students are given the opportunity to learn topics like computers and their algorithmic processes, principles, hardware and software designs, and more.

The following CodeHS courses designed for Georgia are also available in Spanish.

These updated courses ensure Spanish-speaking English Language Learners can successfully learn within the context of a blended classroom. Need help setting up your classroom? Learn how to change default language preferences here.
